Heritage Brands Competition Terms and Conditions 
  • Terms and conditions for Le Tan Uber Stay Giveaway competition. To participate in this competition, users must enter their name and email via  link to (link landing page here). Entrants will be required to sign up to the Le Tan database and give their name, email address & 
    • This competition will run from 12:00 on 25/3/21 until 23:59 on 30/4/21.
  • There will be 50 winners who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 30/4/21, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
  • The contest is open to residents of the Australia over the age of 18, except for Heritage Brands employees, all contractors and families or anyone directly connected with the organisation, and operators of its brands and concessions.
  • The prize consists of a 1 of 50 Uber Stay Foams & Application Mitt valued at $39.98. Pack consists of:
  • 1 x Le Tan UBER Stay Self Tanning Foam 
  • 1 x Le Tan Application Mitt
  • Winners will be contacted via email, contact details received via entry link. Winners will be chosen at random via generator in the first week of April 2021. 
  • We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Only one entry per email address will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same email address, the first entry only will be accepted.
  • No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram for winner announcement. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
  • We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
  • The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
  • The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion.
